RTC HISTORY
As Internet became the standard way of communication and a lot of customers required direct support, we have developed Remote Tools, a remote desktop control and file transfer solution which made it possible to support customers over long distances by using the Internet. Remote Tools were first offered to the Borland Delphi and C++ developer community (with full source code in Delphi) in October 2003, mostly through Borland Delphi Newsgroups.

In November 2004, we have started developing a new set of components with the name "RealThinClient SDK", which would fully exploit the power of Internet by using Borland IDE as a Rapid Application Development Tool. RealThinClient SDK was introduced to the public in May 2005. Since then, we have gained confidence of several hundred developers World-wide, who are now using RealThinClient SDK to build their applications and RTC Portal VCL to support their customers.
BORLAND/CODEGEAR TECHNOLOGY PARTNER
We have applied for the Borland Technology Partnership in December 2005 and have been accepted as a Borland Technology Partner on February 9th 2006. Borland Technology Partners (BTPs) are developers that use and support the latest versions of Borland products, actively marketing their products through trade advertising and the World Wide Web. After CodeGear (former Borland Developer Tools Group) was separated from Borland, we became a CodeGear Technology Partner.
